Diasporan Member Of CCRN Lights The Flame In Belgium

Brother Uche Eze is a member of the CCRN in Belgium and also the CCRN Diaspora Secretary

Brother Uche began his journey in the Renewal with Christ the Saviour Prayer Group in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi state, Nigeria, in 2010. During his tenure, he served faithfully in various leadership roles, first as Financial Secretary, then as Assistant Coordinator, and eventually as Coordinator, a position he held until his relocation to Belgium in 2019.

Upon arriving in Belgium, Brother Uche continued to nurture the flame of the Renewal. He played a vital role in reviving the Renewal in Leuven, and under his inspiration, what was formerly an annual joint fellowship between the Brussels and Leuven communities evolved into the Annual National Catholic Charismatic Conference in Belgium, an impactful gathering that has consistently been held for the past four years.

Brother Uche has also led the organization of several charismatic programs in Belgium, and has invited notable ministers such as Bro. Uche Manu (Ex-Officio), Bro. Jude Asogwa (Abuja), Bro. Gabriel Akor (Kaduna), Bro. Lucky Dauda (Kebbi), and Rev. Fr. Matthew Saleh (Kaduna) to minister virtually to the Belgian community.

In 2024, Brother Uche established the CCR in Antwerp, Belgium, where he currently serves as Coordinator. In 2025, he began efforts to revive the CCR in Ghent, further expanding the Renewal’s reach in Belgium.

Additionally, he serves as the Catechist and Financial Secretary of CMO of the Anglophone African Catholic Community of Antwerp, and by God’s grace, was appointed as the Interim Secretary of CCRN in the Diaspora.

Brother Uche is a torchbearer of the Renewal and a blessing to our community. We thank God for his life and ministry.
